Looking for the perfect opportunity to introduce a friend to CrossFit? February Bring-A-Friend Week is a great chance to share the gym you love with someone you care about.
During this week, members are invited to bring a friend to join them in any regular class. Whether your friend is brand new to fitness or has prior experience, every workout is fully coached and scalable.
What to Expect
- Friends may attend any regular class from February 16–21
- No experience necessary — workouts are scaled to all fitness levels
- A welcoming, supportive environment
- Free for friends all week

Who can I bring?
You can bring any friend who is interested in trying a class. No prior gym or CrossFit experience is required.
Does my friend need to be in shape already?
Not at all. Classes are fully coached, and every workout can be scaled to match each person’s current fitness level.
What should my friend expect in class?
They’ll be guided through a warm-up, coached through movements, complete the workout at an appropriate level, and finish with a cool-down — all in a supportive group environment.
What should my friend bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.
Do they need to register in advance?
Yes. Please use the registration link above so we can plan classes and ensure coaches are prepared to welcome guests.
Can a friend attend more than one class during the week?
Yes. Friends are welcome to attend multiple classes throughout Bring-A-Friend Week.
Is this a sales event?
No pressure. The goal is simply to give your friend a great first experience and introduce them to our community. If they’re interested in learning more afterward, we’re happy to answer questions.
