February is all about locking in simple nutrition habits that support how hard you train — without overcomplicating things.

We’re excited to roll out our February Nutrition Challenge: 800g + Lazy Macros.

🥗 The Challenge

Each day, aim for:

  • Approximately 800 grams of fruits & vegetables (weight)
  • Protein minimum: 0.7 × your bodyweight (lbs)

No calorie counting.
No macro tracking.
Just two strong daily habits.

🥦 What Counts Toward the 800g

  • Fruits & vegetables (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • Raw or cooked
  • Potatoes count
  • Smoothies are allowed if ingredients are weighed

🚫 Fruit juice and dried fruit do not count.

📲 Tracking

You’ll have a daily grams check-in. Put the amount of grams you hit that day in Fruits or Veggies! (It will say reps just put the amount of weight there)

📸 Before & After Photos

We recommend taking before and after photos for your own reference.
Photos are optional and will not be submitted.

🏆 Prizes & Tie-Breaker

  • Winners are determined by total completed days
  • If there’s a tie, the tie-breaker will be gym check-ins (max of 1 per day)
